Cypress Announces Quarterly Cash Dividend
May 11, 2016 8:00 AM EDTSAN JOSE, Calif., May 11, 2016 /PRNewswire/ --Â Cypress Semiconductor Corp. (NASDAQ: CY) today announced that its Board of Directors has approved a quarterly cash distribution of $0.11 per share payable to holders of record of the Company's common stock at the close of business on June 30, 2016. This dividend will be paid on July 21, 2016.
