Canadian Solar (CSIQ) Appoints New CFO
May 11, 2016 6:23 AM EDTCanadian Solar Inc. (Nasdaq: CSIQ) announced the appointment of Dr. Huifeng Chang, as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, effective May 22, 2016. Michael G. Potter, currently Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, has decided to leave the Company to pursue other interests but has agreed to serve in an advisory role to support the seamless transition of the senior finance function in the Company.

Canadian Solar (CSIQ) Tops Q1 EPS Views; Boosts FY16 Outlook
May 11, 2016 6:07 AM EDTCanadian Solar (NASDAQ: CSIQ) reported Q1 EPS of $0.39, $0.25 better than the analyst estimate of $0.14. Revenue for the quarter came in at $721.4 million versus the consensus estimate of $663.74 million.
