NACCO Industries Declares Quarterly Dividend And Announces Stock Repurchase Program
May 10, 2016 5:05 PM EDTCLEVELAND, May 10, 2016 /PRNewswire/ --Â NACCO Industries, Inc. (NYSE: NC) today announced that the Board of Directors increased its regular cash dividend from 26.25 cents to 26.75 cents per share and announced a new stock repurchase program.Â
The dividend is payable on both the Class A and Class B Common Stock, and will be paid June 15, 2016 to stockholders of record at the close of business on June 1, 2016. The new dividend is equal to an annual rate of $1.07 per share.
