Five Oaks Investment Corp. Reports First Quarter 2016 Financial Results
May 10, 2016 4:32 PM EDTNEW YORK, May 10, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Five Oaks Investment Corp. (NYSE: OAKS) ("we", "Five Oaks" or "the Company") today announced its financial results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2016. For the first quarter, the Company reported a GAAP net loss of $17.8 million, or $1.22 per basic and diluted share, a comprehensive loss of $18.9 million, or $1.30 per basic and diluted share, and core earnings(1) of $3.5 million, or $0.24 per basic and diluted share.
