Consolidated Edison (ED) Prices 8.8M Common Stock Offering at $71.50/Share
May 11, 2016 8:07 AM EDTConsolidated Edison, Inc. (Con Edison) (NYSE: ED) announced the pricing of a registered underwritten public offering of 8,800,000 of its common shares at $71.50 per common share. In addition, Con Edison granted to the underwriters an option for a period of 30 days to purchase up to 1,320,000 of additional common shares upon the same terms. Barclays, BofA Merrill Lynch, Citigroup, J.P. Morgan, Mizuho Securities and Wells Fargo Securities are the joint book-running managers for the offering.
