Medley Capital Corporation Announces March 31, 2016 Financial Results; Board Declares Dividend of $0.30 Per Share for the Second Fiscal Quarter of 2016
May 9, 2016 6:31 AM EDTNEW YORK, NY (May 9, 2016) - Medley Capital Corporation (NYSE: MCC) (the "Company") today announced that its Board of Directors declared a dividend for the quarter ended March 31, 2016 of $0.30 per share, payable on June 24, 2016, to stockholders of record as of May 25, 2016. The dividend will be paid from earnings whose specific tax characteristics will be reported to stockholders on Form 1099 after the end of the calendar year.
