Azure Midstream Partners, LP Reports First Quarter 2016 Financial Results

DALLAS, May 9, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Azure Midstream Partners, LP (NYSE: AZUR) ("Azure" or the "Partnership"), announced financial and operating results for the three months ended March 31, 2016.Â
Adjusted EBITDA for the first quarter 2016 was $5.1 million, compared to pro forma adjusted EBITDA of $8.6 for the first quarter of 2015, and distributable cash flow was $2.4 million, or $0.11 per limited partner unit, compared to pro forma distributable cash flow of $7.2 million, or $0.40 per limited partner unit in the first quarter of 2015.
