Pool Corporation Announces Increased Quarterly Cash Dividend and Voting Results for 2016 Annual Meeting of Stockholders
May 6, 2016 3:29 PM EDTCOVINGTON, La., May 06, 2016 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Pool Corporation (NASDAQ: POOL) announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.31 per share, a 19% increase over the previous quarterly dividend amount of $0.26 per share. The dividend is payable on June 2, 2016 to stockholders of record on May 19, 2016. As of May 4, 2016 there were 42,065,160 shares of common stock outstanding.
