National Health Investors (NHI) Misses Q1 EPS by 1c

National Health Investors (NYSE: NHI) reported Q1 EPS of $1.16, $0.01 worse than the analyst estimate of $1.17. Revenue for the quarter came in at $59.02 million versus the consensus estimate of $57.81 million.
