Southern Co. (SO) Prices 18.3M Common Stock Offering for Proceeds of $900M
May 6, 2016 5:57 AM EDTSouthern Company (NYSE: SO) announced that it has priced its previously-announced underwritten public offering of 18,300,000 shares of its common stock for gross proceeds of approximately $900,000,000. Citigroup and J.P. Morgan are acting as joint book-running managers of this offering.
