Tesla's (TSLA) Price Target Raised to $290 at Deutsche Bank; 'Hold' Rating Maintianed

Deutsche Bank maintained a Hold rating on Tesla Motors (NASDAQ: TSLA) but boosted its price target to $290.00 (from $280.00). The change follows the release of Q1 results. (Reuters) - Tesla Motors Inc (NASDAQ: TSLA) said it was stepping up production plans for its upcoming Model 3 mass-market sedan and would build a total of 500,000 all-electric vehicles in 2018, two years ahead of schedule, but warned that spending will ramp up in tandem.

Tesla (NASDAQ: TSLA) reported Q1 EPS of ($0.57), $0.03 better than the analyst estimate of ($0.60). Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.6 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.6 billion.
