American Campus Communities Announces Increased Quarterly Dividend
May 4, 2016 4:32 PM EDTAUSTIN, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- American Campus Communities, Inc. (NYSE: ACC), the nations largest owner and manager of high-quality student housing properties, announced that on May 4, 2016 its Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.42 per share of common stock, payable on May 27, 2016, to shareholders of record at the close of business on May 16, 2016. The declared dividend is a 5.0 percent increase over the prior quarterly dividend of $0.40 per share of common stock.
