The Manitowoc Company Reports First-Quarter Financial Results

MANITOWOC, Wis.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- The Manitowoc Company, Inc. (NYSE: MTW) today reported first-quarter 2016 sales of $427.4 million, a five percent increase versus the comparable period in 2015. The adjusted loss from continuing operations was $5.3 million, or $0.04 per diluted share, in the first quarter of 2016, versus adjusted loss from continuing operations of $28.6 million, or $0.21 per diluted share, in the first quarter of 2015.
