Cousins Properties Reports Results For Quarter Ended March 31, 2016

Highlights
Funds From Operations for the first quarter were $0.21 per share. Same property net operating income on a cash basis increased 8.6% during the first quarter. Second generation net rent per square foot on a cash basis increased 6.3% during the first quarter. Leased or renewed 220,232 square feet of office space during the first quarter. Sold 100 North Point Center East, a 129,000 square foot office building in Atlanta, Georgia for $22.0 million.
