Omega Announces First Quarter 2016 Financial Results; Adjusted FFO of $0.83 Per Share for the First Quarter
May 4, 2016 4:31 PM EDTHUNT VALLEY, Md.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Omega Healthcare Investors, Inc. (NYSE: OHI) (the Company or Omega) today announced its results of operations for the three-month period ended March 31, 2016. The Company also reported for the three-month period ended March 31, 2016 Funds From Operations (FFO) of $153.6 million or $0.77 per common share and Funds Available For Distribution (FAD) of $148.5 million or $0.75 per common share.
