Dominion Midstream Partners Announces First-Quarter 2016 Earnings
May 4, 2016 7:31 AM EDTRICHMOND, Va., May 4, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Dominion Midstream Partners, LP (NYSE: DM) reported unaudited net income attributable to the partnership of $23.1 million, or $0.29 per common limited partner unit for the three months ended March 31, 2016. Adjusted earnings before interest, income taxes, depreciation and amortization (Adjusted EBITDA) was $24.9 million and distributable cash flow was $20.3 million for the quarter.

Dominion Announces First-Quarter Earnings
May 4, 2016 7:30 AM EDTRICHMOND, Va., May 4, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Dominion Resources (NYSE: D) today announced operating earnings for the three months ended March 31, 2016, of $572 million ($0.96 per share), compared to operating earnings of $584 million ($0.99 per share) for the same period in 2015. Operating earnings are defined as reported earnings, determined in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), adjusted for certain items.Â
Unaudited reported GAAP earnings for the three months ended March 31, 2016, were $524 million ($0.88 per share) compared with earnings of $536 million ($0.91 per share) for the same period in 2015.Â
