Penske Automotive Increases Dividend
May 4, 2016 8:36 AM EDTBLOOMFIELD HILLS, Mich., May 4, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Penske Automotive Group, Inc. (NYSE: PAG), an international transportation services company, today announced that its Board of Directors has approved an increase in the cash dividend to $0.27 per share for the first quarter of 2016. Penske Automotive Group President Robert H. Kurnick, Jr., said, "The increase in the dividend reflects the strength in the performance of the company's business in the first quarter and further demonstrates our commitment to return capital to PAG's shareholders."
