Synergy Resources (SYRG) Misses Q1 EPS Views; Will Acquire Certain Assets from Noble Energy
May 3, 2016 4:24 PM EDTSynergy Resources (NYSE: SYRG) reported Q1 EPS of ($0.42), $0.42 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.00. Revenue for the quarter came in at $18.3 million versus the consensus estimate of $31.26 million.
Synergy also announced that it has entered into a definitive agreement with Noble Energy through private negotiations to acquire certain assets for total consideration of $505 million cash, subject to customary purchase price adjustments.
