Criteo Reports Strong Results For The First Quarter 2016
May 4, 2016 7:00 AM EDTNEW YORK, May 4, 2016 /PRNewswire/ --Â Criteo S.A. (NASDAQ: CRTO), the performance marketing technology company, today announced financial results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2016.
Revenue increased 36% (or 39% at constant currency1) to $401 million. Revenue excluding Traffic Acquisition Costs, or Revenue ex-TAC, grew 37% (or 41% at constant currency) to $162 million, or 40.5% of revenue. Net Income increased 36% to $19 million.
