PepsiCo Declares Quarterly Dividend
May 3, 2016 4:30 PM EDTPURCHASE, N.Y., May 3, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- The Board of Directors of PepsiCo, Inc. (NYSE: PEP) today declared a quarterly dividend of $0.7525 per share of PepsiCo common stock, a 7.1 percent increase versus the comparable year-earlier period. Today's action is consistent with PepsiCo's previously announced increase in its annualized dividend to $3.01 per share from $2.81 per share, beginning with the June 2016 payment. The quarterly dividend is payable on June 30, 2016 to shareholders of record at the close of business on June 3, 2016.
