UGI (UGI) Announces FERC Approval for Sunbury Pipeline
May 2, 2016 8:33 AM EDTUGI Sunbury, LLC, a subsidiary of UGI Energy Services, LLC (NYSE: UGI) , has received a certificate of public convenience and necessity from the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) to construct and operate the approximately 35-mile long Sunbury Pipeline. Subject to certain conditions, FERCs approval authorizes UGI Sunbury to proceed with construction of the Pipeline.
