NHC Announces 12.5% Increase in Common Dividend
May 3, 2016 5:05 AM EDTMURFREESBORO, Tenn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- National HealthCare Corporation (NYSE MKT: NHC), the nations oldest publicly traded long-term health care company, announced today that it will pay a quarterly dividend of 45 cents per common share to shareholders of record on June 30, 2016 and payable on September 1, 2016. This represents a 12.5% increase over last quarter's regular common dividend.
