Vishay Announces $100 Million Stock Repurchase Authorization
May 2, 2016 4:15 PM EDTMALVERN, Pa., May 02, 2016 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Vishay Intertechnology, Inc. (NYSE: VSH), one of the world's largest manufacturers of discrete semiconductors and passive components, today announced that its Board of Directors has authorized a $100 million stock repurchase program. The authorization will expire on May 2, 2017.
