Post Properties (PPS) Tops Q1 EPS by 1c, Offers Guidance
May 2, 2016 4:42 PM EDTPost Properties (NYSE: PPS) reported Q1 EPS of $0.78, $0.01 better than the analyst estimate of $0.77.
GUIDANCE:
Post Properties sees FY2016 EPS of $3.12-$3.22, versus prior guidance of $3.10-$3.22 and the consensus of $3.16.
