Ultrapetrol (ULTR) Surges Following Update on Lender Talks
May 2, 2016 9:46 AM EDTUltrapetrol (NASDAQ: ULTR) is surging 57% in early trade after the company disclosed it is in continuing discussions with creditors to extend its existing forbearance agreements, which expired April 30, 2016, through May 31, 2016 and believes that it has sufficient liquidity to fully fund all aspects of its operations.
