Forward Air Corporation Announces Authorization and Declaration of Quarterly Cash Dividend
April 29, 2016 9:00 AM EDTGREENEVILLE, Tenn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Forward Air Corporation (NASDAQ: FWRD) today announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.12 per share of common stock. The dividend is payable to shareholders of record at the close of business on May 31, 2016 and is expected to be paid on June 13, 2016.
