Hologic Announces Financial Results for Second Quarter of Fiscal 2016
April 27, 2016 4:01 PM EDTMARLBOROUGH, Mass., April 27, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Hologic, Inc. (Nasdaq: HOLX) announced today the Company's financial results for the fiscal second quarter ended March 26, 2016. GAAP diluted earnings per share (EPS) of $0.24 increased 41.2%, and non-GAAP diluted EPS of $0.47 increased 14.6%. Revenue of $693.3 million increased 5.8% on a reported basis, and 6.3% on a constant currency basis.Â
