MEDNAX Reports First Quarter Adjusted EPS of $0.87; GAAP EPS of $0.73

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- MEDNAX, Inc. (NYSE: MD), the national medical group specializing in neonatal and other pediatric services, anesthesia, maternal-fetal, radiology, pediatric cardiology and other physician and management services, today reported earnings of $0.73 per diluted share for the three months ended March 31, 2016. On a non-GAAP basis, MEDNAX reported Adjusted EPS of $0.87, an increase of five percent over the prior-year period.
