Medivation (MDVN) Expected to Reject Sanofi (SNY) Bid; Sanofi May Abandon Effort - Source
April 28, 2016 12:31 PM EDTMedivation (Nasdaq: MDVN) is expected to reject Sanofi's (NYSE: SNY) $52.50 per share proposal to takeover the company, according to a source familiar with the situation.
Morgan Stanley is also expected to advise Sanofi (NYSE: SNY) to abandon the takeover effort.
Shares of Medivation are up over 8.5 percent.
