Franklin Resources, Inc. Announces Second Quarter Results
April 27, 2016 8:31 AM EDTSAN MATEO, CA -- (Marketwired) -- 04/27/16 -- Franklin Resources, Inc. (the "Company") (NYSE: BEN) today announced net income(1) of $360.4 million or $0.61 per diluted share for the quarter ended March 31, 2016, as compared to $447.8 million or $0.74 per diluted share for the previous quarter and $606.5 million or $0.98 per diluted share for the quarter ended March 31, 2015.
