Mueller Water Products Reports 2016 Second Quarter Results

ATLANTA, April 26, 2016 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Mueller Water Products, Inc. (NYSE: MWA) announced today that for its fiscal second quarter ended March 31, 2016, net sales were $283.6 million compared with $290.3 million in the prior year period.  Operating income was $29.3 million compared with $25.6 million in the prior year period, and adjusted operating income was $30.2 million compared with $26.3 million in the prior year period.  Net income was $15.7 million, or $0.10 per diluted share, compared with $12.3 million,...
