Wells Fargo & Company Announces Increased Dividend
April 26, 2016 2:16 PM EDTSAN FRANCISCO--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Wells Fargo & Company (NYSE: WFC) today announced a quarterly common stock dividend of $0.38 per share, an increase of a half-penny or 1 percent, per share from the prior quarter. The dividend is payable June 1, 2016, to stockholders of record on May 6, 2016, as approved today by the Wells Fargo board of directors.
