First Financial Announces Board Election And Increased Dividend At Annual Meeting
April 26, 2016 12:40 PM EDTABILENE, Texas, April 26, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- In connection with the 2016 Annual Shareholders' Meeting, the Board of Directors of First Financial Bankshares, Inc. (NASDAQ: FFIN) today declared a $0.18 per share cash dividend for the second quarter, an increase of 12.50 percent over 2015, which will be paid to shareholders of record on June 16, 2016, with payment set for July 1, 2016.
