First Quarter 2016 Highlights
Operating
Normalized FFO: Increased 11.7% to $52.1 million, compared to Q1 2015. Normalized FFO Per Share: $0.40 per diluted share, an increase of $0.03 per diluted share, or 8.1%, compared to Q1 2015. Normalized FAD: $0.37 per diluted share, or $48.6 million, an increase of $0.02 per diluted share, or 5.7%, compared to Q1 2015.
