April 25, 2016 4:01 PM EDTBETHESDA, Md., April 25, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- American Capital Agency Corp. ("AGNC" or the "Company") (Nasdaq: AGNC) today reported comprehensive income for the first quarter of 2016 of $0.01 per common share and net book value of $22.09 per common share. Economic return for the period, defined as dividends per common share and the change in net book value ("NAV") per common share, was 0.4% for the quarter, or 1.8% on an annualized basis.
