Westamerica Bancorporation Reports First Quarter 2016 Financial Results
April 21, 2016 11:07 AM EDTSAN RAFAEL, Calif., April 21, 2016 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Westamerica Bancorporation (Nasdaq: WABC), parent company of Westamerica Bank, generated net income for the first quarter 2016 of $14.2 million and diluted earnings per common share ("EPS") of $0.56, compared to net income of $14.6 million and EPS of $0.57 for the prior quarter, and net income of $14.6 million and EPS of $0.57 for the first quarter 2015.
