National Commerce Corporation Announces First Quarter 2016 Earnings
April 20, 2016 6:30 PM EDTBIRMINGHAM, Ala., April 20, 2016 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- National Commerce Corporation (Nasdaq: NCOM) (the Company or NCC), the parent company of National Bank of Commerce, today reported first quarter 2016 net income to common shareholders of $3.8 million, compared to $1.9 million for the first quarter of 2015. Diluted net earnings per share were $0.34 in the first quarter of 2016, compared to $0.28 in the fourth quarter of 2015 and $0.25 in the first quarter of 2015.
