S&T Bancorp, Inc. Announces First Quarter 2016 Results and Declares First Quarter Dividend
April 21, 2016 7:30 AM EDTINDIANA, Pa., April 21, 2016 /PRNewswire/ --Â S&T Bancorp, Inc. (S&T) (NASDAQ: STBA), the holding company for S&T Bank with locations in Pennsylvania, Ohio and New York, announced today its first quarter 2016 earnings. First quarter earnings were $16.1 million, or $0.46 per diluted share, compared to first quarter of 2015 earnings of $12.8 million, or $0.41 per diluted share, and fourth quarter of 2015 earnings of $17.4 million, or $0.50 per diluted share.
