Cohen & Steers Reports First Quarter 2016 Results
April 20, 2016 4:50 PM EDTNEW YORK, April 20, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Cohen & Steers, Inc. (NYSE: CNS) reported net income attributable to common stockholders of $18.1 million, or $0.39 per share (diluted and basic), for the quarter ended March 31, 2016, compared with $20.8 million, or $0.45 per diluted share and $0.46 per basic share, for the quarter ended March 31, 2015. Total revenue for the first quarter of 2016 was $79.7 million, a decrease of 4.9% from $83.8 million for the first quarter of 2015.
The first quarter 2016 results included a non-cash after-tax expense of approximately $0.03 per share associated with the accelerated vesting of certain restricted stock units. After... More
