Southwest Bancorp, Inc. Reports Results for First Quarter 2016 and Announces Quarterly Dividend
April 20, 2016 7:30 AM EDTSTILLWATER, Okla., April 20, 2016 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Southwest Bancorp, Inc. (NASDAQ: OKSB), (Southwest), today reported net income for the first quarter of 2016 of $1.9 million, or $0.10 per diluted share, compared to $4.5 million, or $0.24 per diluted share, for the first quarter of 2015. The decrease in first quarter net income was due to a $4.4 million loan loss provision primarily driven by the impact of low energy prices combined with deterioration in a few general business credits.
