Blueknight Declares Quarterly Distributions
April 19, 2016 4:38 PM EDTOKLAHOMA CITY--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Blueknight Energy Partners, L.P. (NASDAQ: BKEP Common Units) (NASDAQ: BKEPP Preferred Units) ("BKEP" or the "Partnership"), announced today that the board of directors of its general partner has declared a quarterly cash distribution on the Partnerships common units of $0.1450 per common unit, unchanged from the Partnerships 4Q 2015 distribution and a 3.9 percent increase as compared to the Partnerships 1Q 2015 distribution, as well as a quarterly cash distribution on the Partnerships preferred units of $0.17875 per preferred unit.
