Bank of the James Announces First Quarter 2016 Dividend
April 19, 2016 4:13 PM EDTLYNCHBURG, VA -- (Marketwired) -- 04/19/16 -- On April 19, 2016, the Board of Directors of Bank of the James Financial Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: BOTJ), the parent company of Bank of the James, a full-service commercial and retail bank serving Lynchburg, Charlottesville, Harrisonburg, Roanoke and other markets in Virginia, declared a cash dividend for the first quarter of 2016 of $0.06 per common share. The dividend is payable on June 24, 2016 to shareholders of record at the close of business on June 10, 2016.
