EdR Announces Quarterly Dividend of $0.37 Per Share
April 15, 2016 7:00 AM EDTMEMPHIS, Tenn., April 15, 2016 /PRNewswire/ --Â EdR (NYSE: EDR), a leader in the ownership, development and management of collegiate housing, announced today that its Board of Directors has approved a quarterly cash dividend of $0.37 per share of common stock.
The dividend will be payable May 13, 2016 to shareholders of record as of April 29, 2016.
