April 11, 2016 5:04 PM EDTIAC (NASDAQ: IAC) disclosed that its new Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Glenn H. Schiffman, will receive a base salary of $600,000 and a grant of 200,000 IAC stock options.
