Valeant (VRX) Could Be on the Verge of a Significant Inflection Point - BMO Capital
April 5, 2016 10:09 AM EDTBMO Capital analyst Alex Arfaei said Valeant Pharmaceuticals (NYSE: VRX) could be on the verge of a significant inflection point after the ad hoc committee of the board of directors believes that its review of various Philidor and related accounting matters is complete and that it has not identified any additional items that would require restatements beyond those required by matters previously disclosed. The company intend to file its Form 10-K on or before April 29. The firm maintained its Market Perform rating and price target of $66.00.
