Diebold (DBD) Announces Completion of Term Loan B Facility Pricing, Allocation
April 6, 2016 9:17 AM EDTDiebold, Incorporated (NYSE: DBD) announced that the allocation and pricing of the previously disclosed Term Loan B facility, provided under the credit agreement intended to provide part of the financing for Diebold's previously announced potential acquisition of Wincor Nixdorf Aktiengesellschaft ("Wincor Nixdorf"), was completed.
