Hercules Offshore, Inc. Announces Fourth Quarter and Full Year 2015 Results
March 30, 2016 4:50 PM EDTHOUSTON, March 30, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Hercules Offshore, Inc. (Nasdaq: HERO) today reported a net loss of $361.8 million, or $2.24 per diluted share, on revenue of $27.5 million for the period from October 1, 2015 to November 6, 2015 for the Predecessor Company, and a net loss of $23.7 million, or $1.18 per diluted share, on revenue of $32.4 million for the period from November 6, 2015 to December 31, 2015 for the Successor Company. Upon emergence from Chapter 11 bankruptcy on November 6, 2015, Hercules adopted fresh start accounting, which resulted in the Company becoming a new entity for financial reporting purposes.
