Denison and GoviEx to Combine African Uranium Assets

(TSX: DML)(NYSE MKT: DNN) ("Denison") is pleased to announce the execution of a Definitive Share Purchase Agreement (the "Agreement") with GoviEx Uranium Inc. (CSE: GXU) ("GoviEx") to combine their respective African uranium mineral interests (the "Transaction") to create the leading African-focused uranium development company.
