March 31, 2016 5:58 AM EDTTerraForm Power, Inc. (Nasdaq: TERP) announced that Brian Wuebbels has resigned as president and chief executive officer and as a member of the Companys board of directors, effective immediately.
The board has formed an office of the chairman to lead TerraForm Power on an interim basis. The office of the chairman will be led by Peter Blackmore, an independent director and chairman of the Company.
