ZAIS Financial Corp. Declares First Quarter Dividend
March 17, 2016 6:05 PM EDTRED BANK, N.J., March 17, 2016 /PRNewswire/ --Â ZAIS Financial Corp. (NYSE: ZFC) ("ZAIS Financial" or the "Company") today announced that its Board of Directors declared a cash dividend of $0.40 per share of the Company's common stock and operating partnership unit ("OP unit") for the first quarter ending March 31, 2016. The dividend is payable on April 15, 2016, to stockholders and OP unit holders of record as of the close of business on March 31, 2016.Â
